* Responsibilities and Duties:
- Employee Management: Communicating with staff, providing training, and managing schedules
- Health & Safety Management: Ensuring compliance with state and city regulations on health and hygiene
- Restaurant Management: Monitoring sales, handling cash, managing orders and inventory
- Food Preparation: Ensuring the proper preparation methods for ramen and other restaurant offerings
* Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or executive role (Restaurant Manager or Chef level) in Japan or equivalent experience in the U.S.
- Japanese language skills for communication and English proficiency for work-related tasks.
- Experience with team leadership and managing restaurant operations.
- Ability to manage and oversee staff, inventory, and ensure restaurant compliance.
* Additional Information:
- Initially, candidates will likely work in the San Francisco area, but there may be opportunities to transfer to locations in Texas, LA, or other areas as the company expands.
- Visa sponsorship available (if the candidate is currently on a different visa, they may need to return to Japan to switch to our company's visa).
- Training in cooking methods is provided and is not difficult to learn.
- Many Japanese-speaking staff members are present, so candidates can learn English while working in a supportive environment.
