We are an employment agency and seeking the Restaurant Manager Candidate at Japanese Ramen Restaurant.

* Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Employee Management: Communicating with staff, providing training, and managing schedules
  • Health & Safety Management: Ensuring compliance with state and city regulations on health and hygiene
  • Restaurant Management: Monitoring sales, handling cash, managing orders and inventory
  • Food Preparation: Ensuring the proper preparation methods for ramen and other restaurant offerings

* Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or executive role (Restaurant Manager or Chef level) in Japan or equivalent experience in the U.S.
  • Japanese language skills for communication and English proficiency for work-related tasks.
  • Experience with team leadership and managing restaurant operations.
  • Ability to manage and oversee staff, inventory, and ensure restaurant compliance.

* Additional Information:

  • Initially, candidates will likely work in the San Francisco area, but there may be opportunities to transfer to locations in Texas, LA, or other areas as the company expands.
  • Visa sponsorship available (if the candidate is currently on a different visa, they may need to return to Japan to switch to our company's visa).
  • Training in cooking methods is provided and is not difficult to learn.
  • Many Japanese-speaking staff members are present, so candidates can learn English while working in a supportive environment.
